location, beds were nice
I left an article of clothing in the room and they gave me the run around about returning it to me for a week and a half. I was initially told they had it (which i know they did because they described it to me). Then they acted like they didnt have it. I think they wanted to keep it before finally calling them a third time and they admitted to having it. They finally mailed it to me. Super untrustworthy.
Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff.
No bar soap in bath/vanity area. Had to get it from front desk twice. No ice available on first floor except from breakfast bar. No Coke drinks available.
Didn't have room we reserved, pool was dirty. Bathrooms were small and basic. No local information or hotel information in room. Overpriced.
Firm bed and comfortable sheets!
Cold shower @7:00 on a Saturday morning!
The GM was covering the bistro because the staff didn't come to work. Yes, that's what the GM told us. She did not know how to run the bistro. She took our order and then realized they didn't have any chicken or shrimp. The food, when it finally did come out was lukewarm to cold in temperature. After complaining, we were told the charge for the food would be reversed however that has still not happened.
The bed slept like a dream. It made our early morning an even bigger challenge!
Bed was awesome - very comfortable
2 reg coffee in room would be nice
Staff was very friendly. Location was wonderful.
keys didn't work, had to go back to front desk several times. couldn't access side doors. couldn't get into room. Dead end parking, after driving to end and finding no parking had to drive backwards all the way out the depth of entire hotel. If my wife was driving it would not have been pretty. We were given a joining room which means no sound barrier. we could hear everything that happened in next room and i am sure they could hear us. All the bulbs were very cold temperature giving the feel of a cheap fluorescent light motel.
Ridiculous price to pay for the level of room for $330.
rates should be less regardless of football game
I thought breakfast was a hot breakfast and not continental. I was dissappointed in breakfast.
Convenient location for our needs. Comfortable beds.
Our room was supposed to have a microwave, which was missing. The facility is aging. In need of a remodel & upgrade!
Room 105 was across from conference/meeting room, and was continuously noisy. Also, it ran parallel to a side street that was equally noisy! Room 105 shouldn't be designated a room at all!
The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was a decent offering but also overpriced if purchased separately from the room.
I asked if there was a military discount and was told that there was, but discounts were only offered when the hotel had a low occupancy rate and needed to fill rooms. It was very hurtful to hear that the hotel only did nice things for veterans when they were desperate to fill rooms - what an insult.
The room was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed and it was very comfortable.
We had to go into a side entrance to get to the temporary front desk. We didn't expect to have to deal with construction. The breakfast was only very limited continental (cereal and yogurt, some fruit).
