The property’s fantastic location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the friendly receptionist allowed for an early check-in, which was a nice touch. However, the experience was marred by a lack of follow-up regarding a promised credit due to a fall on the premises. While housekeeping staff were prompt in addressing issues like a non-working iron, the inconsistent customer service left something to be desired.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and spacious, perfect for my family. The decor was nice, and we felt comfortable throughout the stay. Only thing was we wished there were more charging ports. that was a bit of a hassle at times. Overall, it was a good experience with a lovely atmosphere.

I had a great experience staying here thanks to its proximity to the Magnolia Market Silos and just a short walk to the Dr Pepper Museum, which made my weekend explorations incredibly enjoyable. the breakfast bistro was a nice touch with really good food, adding to the overall pleasant stay.
